Program is written for working sets only. Please warm up as needed.

6 weeks of upper body focused training DEDICATED to building BIGGER, STRONGER, SHOULDERS. The program focuses on DB Shoulder movements and one main barbell lift. Make sure you warm-up as needed. The program increases in intensity as you progress, so be patient in the beginning week or two as your working load builds closer to your max. Trust the process, don’t quit on yourself!

Program is written with working sets only and is designed for novice to intermediate level lifters. Advanced lifters may need more work.

*The final week written is a de-load week to allow for recovery.*
