6 weeks of lower body focused training. The focus of this program are two quad focused and two glute/hamstring focused movements. Make sure you warm-up as needed. The program increases in intensity as you progress, so be patient in the beginning week or two as your working load builds closer to your max. May the GAINZ be with you!
Program is written with working sets only and is designed for novice to intermediate level lifters. Advanced lifters may need more work.
*The final week written is a de-load week to allow for recovery.*
